1880 Heritage Building—Dentist Clinic

From an old beauty to a refreshed and thoroughly modern clinic. It was quite a project and the team was up to the challenge.

Our client was looking to grow their successful Dentistry in an existing period building in the CBD of Ballarat. Renovations & Restorations were chosen to carry out the careful demolition of some rooms, the alteration of others, an extension and a detailed restoration of the front of house.

This lovely (circa) 1880's building was restored on the outside and transformed on the inside to a modern, comfortable and relaxing dentist studio with period ceilings, and original polished floor boards which were removed, cleaned, relaid and re-polished to maintain that link to its origin. We are proud of this one.
